The Project Maths Development Team, in partnership with STEPS are pleased to announce the launch of the Monthly Maths Competition.
This competition is open to all Junior Cycle students (1st, 2nd, 3rd year). Each month one lucky student will win a €100 "One 4 All" Voucher.
All winners will be invited to attend a prize giving ceremony in May 2012, where they will receive their prize and be crowned "Mathematician of the Month"

Students in the school will be involved in the LASCO Maths Competition, which takes place on 3rd Feb 2012.
There are Sample Junior Questions and Sample Senior Questions (4th and 5th years).

STEPS is a great site, run by Engineers Ireland. It has nothing to do with the terrible pop band of that name, but it does have some good video maths tutorials.
